General Info

Tucked away in a quiet corner of Fukuyama, Phaa Pai Thai Meijicho feels like a small but vibrant escape into Thai flavors. From the moment you step in, the atmosphere is relaxed and casual, making it an easy choice whether you're planning a quick lunch or a laid-back dine-in experience.

The menu is thoughtfully put together, focusing on comforting Thai classics with a balanced approach to taste and presentation. One of the standout options during lunchtime is the ガパオライス ランチ, which delivers that signature combination of fragrant basil, savory minced meat, and rice. It’s simple, but incredibly satisfying. If you’re in the mood for something a bit different, the 焼きそばセット brings a familiar twist with a Thai-inspired touch, blending textures and flavors that feel both comforting and unique.

For those looking for lighter options, the ヘルシーランチ定食 is a great pick. It’s well-balanced, not too heavy, and perfect if you want something nourishing without sacrificing flavor. On the other hand, if you’re sharing or just exploring more of the menu, the タイ風焼き鳥 offers a flavorful bite with a hint of smokiness that pairs nicely with the rest of the dishes.

One dish that really stands out visually and taste-wise is the パイナップルチャーハン. Served with a subtle sweetness from pineapple and savory rice elements, it’s the kind of plate that catches your attention immediately and keeps you coming back for more. It’s also a great example of how the restaurant blends traditional Thai elements with a presentation that feels fun and inviting.

Service-wise, the restaurant keeps things simple and convenient. Whether you choose dine-in or takeout, the experience remains consistent. It’s especially popular during lunch hours, so dropping by earlier can make for a more relaxed visit. The casual setting means there’s no pressure-just good food and an easygoing vibe.

Overall, Phaa Pai Thai Meijicho offers a genuine and approachable Thai dining experience. The combination of a well-curated menu, accessible location, and consistent service makes it a reliable spot for both locals and visitors looking to enjoy Thai cuisine in Fukuyama.

“ I am Vietnamese. I have eaten here many times. I find Thai and Vietnamese food similar. I really like the space. service. ”

“ The green curry was supposed to be slightly spicy, so I decided to avoid the spicy food and had Khao Man Gai for lunch! However, the Khao Man Gai sauce was incredibly hot, and I realized that spicy food is a normal taste for Thai people! When I asked the waiter (Mr. Goh) who had told me that the green curry was slightly spicy, he told me that the Khao Man Gai sauce was quite spicy, and that the chili pepper symbol on the menu just didn't reflect the spiciness of the sauce! [Please like if you found this helpful ] [Please follow if you like ] [There are also many posts about particularly amazing restaurants ] I was drenched in sweat, but the exotic flavors were delicious and I enjoyed it! I had researched the prices beforehand, but they were about 1.4 times higher, so be careful depending on your budget! Considering the fact that I would have to travel all the way to Thailand to eat this, it seemed like a cheap option, so it was a bit of a burden... (lol) Anyway, it was delicious and a nice change of pace! ”

“ When it comes to Thai food in Fukuyama, this is the place to go! I love spicy food, so I like it when the seasoning is strong and spicy. I ordered the gapow lunch. It was spicy and delicious. I don't usually eat Thai rice, so it felt special and I was happy. I also like the green curry here. Recommended for those who love authentic Thai food. ”

“ It was right in time for the Rose Festival, and the restaurant was bustling with customers. It seemed like a hectic affair. The green curry was delicious. However, my husband's dish took a long time to arrive, and when I was almost finished, they reordered it and brought it to me. If you avoid the event days, you can enjoy a leisurely and delicious meal. ”

“ I suddenly had a craving for dinner, so I went there. It was ethnic food, but surprisingly, it was to my liking. Delicious! The salad had a foreign feel to it, but I was glad it didn't have cilantro, which I don't like. It had celery instead, lol. I wish the tom yum goong was a little spicier. It was milder than I expected. Maybe it was fried shrimp? It was crispy and plump, and the sauce had a fish sauce-like flavor, but it was delicious. The pho fried noodles were also delicious. I didn't know what to order, so I went for the course, but I'd love to have the Thai fried noodles again next time. There was also a chicken dish, which I forgot to take a photo of. It was 8,000 yen for two people. But the portions were so large, I think it would be fine for three women. It was so big that I wanted to take some home, starting with the pho! lol But everything was delicious! I'll be back! ”

“ Enjoy Thai food at your leisure in a relaxing Asian space! I went there for dinner. I ordered gapow rice and spring rolls. Both were delicious and came in generous portions. Each side dish is enough for two people, so it's perfect for sharing with multiple people. ”

“ First visit. There were a variety of great-value lunch options, but since it was my first time, I wasn't sure what to order, and ended up going with the healthy lunch set which had a little bit of everything. I enjoyed a variety of dishes, including curry, fresh spring rolls, and stir-fried konjac. I'd like to return and order other menu items. ”
